Where your figures come from.

Every number in NotiTrac is one your Fitbit Air measured and Google Health shared. Nothing is estimated from other devices, and nothing is made up.

Measured by your tracker

Steps, distance, energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, breathing rate, VO₂ max, and sleep stages and duration.

Where the figures come from

Apple Health, where the Google Health app writes them. When Apple Health also holds figures from the iPhone, an Apple Watch or other apps, NotiTrac leaves those out and shows only the ones written by Google Health.

Not shown

Readiness, sleep score, cardio load, zone minutes and skin temperature are not among the figures NotiTrac reads from Apple Health, so it cannot show them.

Ranges

"Usual" ranges are a guide to what is normal for you, not medical thresholds.

Turning sharing on

In the Google Health app, tap your picture, then Partner apps, then Apple Health, and allow the categories you want shared. NotiTrac can only show what Google Health shares.
